Strategy Logic

Entry and exit logic is defined using events, gateways, and activities.

These indicate either the start or end of a strategy.

These resolve to either a truthy or a falsy action, going on different paths based on the result of the expression.

Variables are usually used within these nodes to determine the next step to take.

These, similar to events, indicate the end of a strategy but with one key difference, it performs an action as well.

  • enter position - Opens a new position or adds a unit to an existing position.

  • exit position - Closes the position and exits the market.
