Actions taken by the runner are recorded and/or updated as a data model called positions. Positions are composed of market orders called entries.

These can also be visualised in the runner's chart. The diagram below shows an example of a short position (orange dashed line) with 5 entries which in the end exited because of a user defined strategy condition. The blue and pink lines are variables which you can read more about here.
